At Pandora, we’re on an ambitious journey to deliver our Phoenix growth strategy and solidify our position as the world’s leading jewellery brand, and we’re now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global Office HR team in Copenhagen, reporting to the HR Director, Corporate.
Your Impact
In this high-visibility role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across our Corporate Functions—including Finance, Legal, Strategy and HR, Communications & Sustainability. You’ll co-create and deliver people strategies that fuel business success, drive engagement, and support our global growth ambitions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce, championing leadership development, and enabling change across the organization—all while enabling a seamless and impactful employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the HR Director and senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with business goals.
Talent & Succession: Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance processes to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Organizational Development: Support structural and cultural transformations, ensuring people implications are thoughtfully managed.
Employee Experience: Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and well-being across the Global Office.
Leadership Coaching: Provide expert guidance to VP and Director-level leaders, acting as a sounding board and change catalyst.
HR Excellence: Partner with Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver best-in-class HR services and data-driven insights.
Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects that build capability and strengthen our culture.
What You Bring
- A proven track record as an HR Business Partner in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
- Deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.
- Confidence in coaching senior leaders and influencing at the highest levels.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of Danish employment law is a plus.
