As a Senior Consultant in the Marketing Strategy & CMO Office team, you will play a central role in how Global Marketing operates, executes and evolves. Working closely with (senior) marketing leadership, you will help translate strategic priorities into action, strengthen governance, and drive cross-functional initiatives with impact.

Key Responsibilities 

 

Strategic Project Management & CMO Office Support

  • Support and coordinate selected strategic projects and initiatives, by coordinating timelines, inputs and deliverables across Global Marketing.  
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, trackers and materials, supporting effective execution and reporting.  
  • Support the preparation and coordination of key leadership & marketing forums (e.g., town halls, leadership meetings, functional updates) incl. content compilation and logistics.  
  • Enable strong governance by tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up. 
  • Support the preparation and coordination of materials for senior stakeholders, incl. strategy documents, planning decks, and status updates.  

 

Risk and Sustainability Coordination

  • Coordinate Marketing’s risk management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes, ensuring structure, clarity, and timely inputs. 
  • Facilitate Responsible Marketing and sustainability governance, including cross-functional sustainability board meetings.  
  • Drive the development and execution of Marketing’s decarbonization roadmap and broader sustainability priorities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

 

Capability Building

  • Contribute to the development and continuous evolution of the Global Marketing Academy, in line with business and capability needs.  
  • Drive the structured planning, coordination, and execution of impactful learning journeys across marketing disciplines.   
  • Coordinate learning content, sessions, and stakeholder inputs across functions and regions.  
  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes, supporting continuous improvement of Academy programs. 

 

Our Ideal Candidate

You are a proactive, structured and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring multiple, complex topics, and driving progress across multiple stakeholders in a global environment.  Additionally, we expect that you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, project management, strategy or related fields.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.  
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - both written and verbal. 
  • Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Strong project management skills, a structured way of working and strong sense of ownership.  
  • Confidence collaborating and engaging with senior stakeholders in a global environment.  
  • Interest in governance, sustainability and responsible business practices.  
  • A self-starter mindset with high curiosity and learning agility.
