The Cyber Security Resilience team is responsible for working with product teams, manufacturing teams, infrastructure, and wider Pandora to ensure strengthening the security posture and improve our ability to prevent threats and vulnerabilities across our IT and OT environment. The team are responsible for continuing the development and implementation of our architect capabilities by combining all our tech, digital and data talents to accelerate, drive and revamp the digital landscape and strengthen our Cyber Security posture as part of Pandora’s digital journey.

Would you like to use your technical and people skills to help design, advice and set target architecture to help reduce the attack surface of Pandora? 

  

As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for Security Architect. As a rule of thumb,  30% of your time will be spent on initiatives and advising on other teams initiatives, 30% on reviewing cloud and other configurations and policies and 30% on defining target architecture/engineering standards.  Pandora and the team has a hybrid model with work from home and office model, with colleagues in Copenhagen and Bangkok.  

  

Your role as a Security Architect: 

  

As a Security Architect you will work with the Resilience team to identify security requirements in new projects and amendments to existing systems, and processes. You will also contribute to an Pandora security architecture and a view of digital resilience. 

  

  • Review project proposals, define security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on risks, business impact, and cost.  

  • Develop information security architecture designs for systems and networks with defense in depth security requirements.  

  • Document and address Pandoras information security, information security architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the system/service lifecycle. 

  • Increase maturity of Security Architecture processes, artifacts and documentation 

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and can find simple solutions in complex environments and communicate them effectively. 

  • Passionate about information security and keep up to date with emerging risks and trends 

  • Proactive, positive and an advocate for continuous improvement in information security with the ability to support multiple projects successfully 

  

What is needed to succeed: 

  

  • A relevant degree in IT, information security or equivalent experience.  

  • Some experience in security 

  • Able to critically review proposals, identify potential security gaps and provide recommendations to mitigate 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, desire to document in Confluence and PowerPoint with the ability persuade. 

  • Ambition – to learn and grow in security architecture  

  • Curiosity – willingness to jump in and learn new standards and technologies 

  • Ability to collaborate with others including 3 other security architects.  

  • A fundamental understanding of IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems, as well as best practice security products
