The Cyber Security Resilience team is responsible for working with product teams, infrastructure and wider Pandora to ensure strengthening the security posture and improve our ability to prevent threats and vulnerabilities across our IT and OT. The team are responsible for continuing the development and implementation of our architect capabilities by combining all our tech, digital and data talents to accelerate, drive and revamp the digital landscape and strengthen our Cyber Security posture as part of Pandora’s digital journey.

As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen and Warsaw, we are looking for Security Architect – Information Security Resilience to focus on ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability within Pandora’s Global Digital Space. Pandora and the team has a hybrid model with work from home and office model.
Your role as a Security Architect:
As a Security Architect you will work with the Resilience team to identify security requirements in new projects and amendments to existing systems, and processes. You will also maintain an overview of security architecture and a view of digital resilience.
· Be responsible for security components of the Enterprise Architectural model
· Review project proposals, define security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on risks, business impact, and cost.
· Drive end-to-end security architecture across security product offerings and lead the execution of critical architectural priorities to develop secure products
· Be responsible for the definition and drive execution of a high-level target network security architecture and network security strategy
· Ensure project timelines are planned and met.
· Increase maturity of Security Architecture processes and artifacts.
· Support post incident review process and establish where changes or improvements are required.
· Good understanding of how modern companies leverage technology and data to drive the business and have a strong security mindset.
· Ability to work across multiple teams and can find simple solutions in complex environments and communicate them effectively.
· Passionate about information security and keep up to date with emerging risks and trends.
· Proactive, positive and an advocate for continuous improvement in information security with the ability to manage multiple projects successfully and with a highly analytical and detail oriented work style
What is needed to succeed:
· A relevant degree in IT, information security or security risk management or equivalent experience.
· Demonstrable experience in security or network architecture in large companies
· Expertise in security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), network access controls, and network segmentation in the cloud.
· Able to critically review proposals, identify potential security gaps and provide recommendations to mitigate
· Excellent communication skills
· Ambition – you will be expected to drive security architecture within the information security resilience team
· Experience with cloud and on-prem security models
· A thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems, as well as best practice security products
· Ability to work with risks and clear reporting
