About the Team:   


As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organisation in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to effectively drive the delivery of the end-2-end planning transformation that will enable Pandora Jewellery to make a step change in its supply chain and merchandising planning technology.

You will be joining our existing agile delivery set up, the “Integrated Planning ”, as the servant leader for two scrum teams, working closely with a passionate group of planning and supply chain tech professionals, as well as Operations, Merchandising, and Manufacturing SMEs to realize the ambitions of building an agile and integrated E2E value chain.


You’ll also coach and support your team to ensure that the agreed agile process is being followed, help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.


As an integral member of the Pandora Supply Chain Technology team, you will co-lead the journey towards realizing our Operations and Digital strategies by ensuring the delivery of key initiatives, specifically, sells-driven forecasting, and aligned supply and manufacturing planning.


Your role as Scrum Master: 


  • Ensure execution of roadmaps, priority initiatives and realization of outcomes by empowering and supporting product teams within the supply chain area (servant leadership) and by establishing overarching effective processes for managing risks and dependencies.
  • Remove impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value
  • Coach and educate the team and the wide Pandora organisation to foster an agile mindset in everything that we do
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives, and work closely together with Product Owners on how to refine and prioritize the backlog.
  • Support the Product Owners in their effort to manage the backlog
  • Drive relentless improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
  • Promote DevOps capabilities and mindset in the teams
  • Prepare and facilitate the team events, and administrate the agile planning tool
  • Help facilitate the successful implementation, adoption, and change management efforts of the new E2E solutions in regional Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams
  • Work with vendors to embrace Pandora’s delivery model and become an integrated part of long standing product teams.
  • Work with leadership on removing reoccurring structural roadblocks and risks, and removing impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value 
  • Manage and communicate the backlog delivery and progress with Product manager and solution architect, including tracking, perform measurements and metrics, as well as help monitor alignment to roadmap and overall strategic vision.


What is needed to succeed:  

  • 2+ years of experience as a scrum master with proven capabilities in Agile methodologies, leadership behaviours, and mindset
  • Experience in working in scaled Agile set-up with multiple teams collaborating on the same product within SAFe, Spotify or similar models
  • Experience in working with teams implementing global solution across multiple markets
  • Servant leadership mindset and great coaching skills, you can empower and educate the team in delivery
  • Thorough understanding and interest in technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in digital delivery.
  • Supply chain interest and experience is a plus
