Be the Driving Force Behind Pandora’s Global S&OP & IBP Evolution
As our S&OP Partner, you will be a senior figure in shaping and governing the Global S&OP process, with significant impact on business decision-making and financial outcomes. This role demands deep experience and leadership to further mature our planning processes into a fully integrated IBP approach.
You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Merchandising, and Manufacturing to ensure our strategy is aligned with operational execution across the business—not just supply chain. Your work will directly influence how we make key decisions that span demand planning, inventory health, campaign readiness, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Global S&OP process, integrating commercial, operational, and financial plans across the value chain

Prepare scenario analyses, executive materials, and strategic recommendations for Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP forums

Drive global inventory governance including target setting, inventory health monitoring, provision write-off and re-melt planning

Ensure challenges, opportunities and new situations are addressed in S&OP forum, highlighting their financial implications to create a cohesive end-to-end plan that supports the company’s long-term goals

Collaborate across teams to embed sustainability, legal, and risk assessments into planning decisions

Drive long-term forecasting and budgeting input on inventory development and production demand, in collaboration with Merchandising, C&S Supply Chain and Finance

Lead and support the evolution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Long-Range Planning efforts
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a seasoned leader who brings depth in business planning and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. You are comfortable navigating complexity, influencing at senior levels, and leading transformation initiatives that balance strategic vision with operational realities.
You bring:

5–10+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, IBP, Finance or Supply Chain.

Proven track record in leading complex planning processes within Retail, Fashion, or FMCG environments.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills—capable of turning data and trends into actionable insights.

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business planning and data tools.

Excellent communication in English and a collaborative, global mindset.

Willingness to travel up to 20 days/year.
