Application Deadline:  08-03-2026

As the S&OP Manager at Pandora, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our Integrated Business Planning capability. You’ll ensure that commercial, financial and operational plans are fully aligned and translated into clear, scenario‑based decision recommendations for senior leadership.

In this role, you will bring together demand, supply, inventory and financial perspectives into a true single set of numbers, enabling transparent trade‑off decisions across Revenue, EBIT, Working Capital and Service. Acting as a strategic integrator across Commercial, Operations and Finance, you will ensure leadership forums are decision‑ready with well‑structured assumptions, quantified impacts and clear alternatives.

You will also help drive Pandora’s evolution from traditional S&OP toward a more commercially and financially integrated IBP approach, embedding deeper value‑chain understanding and strengthening strategic business impact throughout the monthly planning cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously improve the global monthly IBP cycle across Demand, Supply and Inventory.
  • Strengthen the shift from traditional S&OP to fully integrated IBP with strong commercial and financial alignment.
  • Prepare executive-ready Pre‑IBP and IBP materials, turning complex inputs into clear, financially grounded decision proposals.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support trade‑offs across growth, service, cost and working capital.
  • Integrate demand, supply and financials into a single consolidated plan aligned with business targets.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance on campaign planning, financial commitments and performance trade-offs.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives (capacity, NPI, supplier or pricing changes) are fully embedded in the IBP process.
  • Support Long Range Planning with capacity, inventory and value‑chain insights.
  • Govern inventory performance, including target setting, tracking and risk identification.
  • Own consolidated production volume inputs for annual budget cycles and monitor key IBP KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in cross-functional planning, finance, or strategy roles, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Organization & Leadership, Finance and Economics, International Business etc. or equivalent relevant experience
  • Solid end-to-end IBP process ownership, including financial implications (topline and EBIT) and demand/supply balance.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments and step confidently into a complex global role.
  • Experience with scenario modelling, financial sensitivity analysis, and trade‑off decision support.
  • Strong strategic communicator with the ability to craft executive‑ready narratives and decision materials.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG is a strong plus.
