We are currently looking for an Operation Coordinator to join Pandora at a very exciting time for the brand. The role is part of our Retail Marketing department and is based in our Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this position, you will play a critical role in establishing strategic business objectives and implement plans in support of the strategic, brand and financial goals of Pandora. Furthermore, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the business and resolve problematic situations efficiently with your excellent communication and organizational skills.


In this role, your overall responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
  • Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress and resolving issues
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Continuously improve the POS process flow
  • Contribute to the growth and success of GRM


Key requirements and personal competencies:

At Pandora, we recognize that it takes winning personalities to create winning cultures – and we believe it is of essence that you are a strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills. You have the ability to multitask and prioritize your time, while also being a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in office management or an administrative role
  • Relevant educational background, preferably within operation management, supply chain, procurement, business, marketing or communication
  • Excel super user skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Project management skills
