We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the facility management team at Pandora's global headquarters in Copenhagen.


You are a team player with experience in providing top service to internal and external customers. You are friendly, out-going, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and thrive in a busy multi-tasking environment.
You may bring experience from a hotel, conference center or co-working space environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all internal and external guests in line with service standards and policies to ensure great and efficient experiences at every interaction. 
  • Liaise with team colleagues and service providers to ensure reception, meeting center and other shared areas are always tidy and representable.
  • Answer emails and phone calls, coordinate meeting room bookings and handle post, deliveries & shipments
  • As part of Facility management, the reception supports the office and various arrangements and events in the house too.

 

Tasks are wide-ranging and support our head office, as well as hubs at two other locations.

 

Job Requirements:
•    Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position. It can be from the hospitality industry, an international company, or coworking space provider. •    Enjoy interacting with people
•    Be flexible and proactive. 
•    Be service-minded, flexible and proactive. 
•    Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
•    Have flair for IT (because of our use of various programs/systems).

It is an advantage if you have experience with the following;
•    Meeting & event co-ordination
•    Office operations
•    Working in an international environment

Additional information  
Working hours: 37 per week. You will participate in a rotating schedule with typical coverage on weekdays 7:30 – 16:15.

 

Team: You will be part of the Facility Management team, where we only achieve success through close collaboration and good communication. Our office is located on Havneholmen across from Fisketorvet within walking distance of Dybbølsbro train station and Havneholmen metro station.
