RGM Manager, Promotional Excellence

Do you want to be a part of the world’s leading jewellery company while putting your commercial mindset and data savviness into use? If yes, then we might have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a motivated Manager to drive our CoE around promotions and retail discount spend, ensuring that we optimize ROI and meet annual targets for Retail Discount Savings, including establishing clear strategy and guardrails.

About the Role

As our RGM Manager, you will work on establishing and optimizing processes and reporting related to Promotions and Discounts with clear drumbeat, including rich post-mortem reviews and ad-hoc support to Clusters. You’ll be a strategic sparring partner and provide clear recommendations to RGM Director and Pandora’s senior leadership, and you’ll also be partnering with the wider business to strengthen cross-functional alignment around promo execution.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, motivate, and set strategic direction for a team of Analysts, with a focus on driving the Promotion Centre of Excellence and optimizing Retail Discounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise to Cluster teams to evaluate and refine existing promotional strategies, enabling smarter discount investment decisions that improve ROI and deliver measurable savings.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and budgeting processes related to promotions and retail discounts, ensuring transparency and accountability in savings delivery.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and project management skills to lead RGM initiatives from concept to implementation, with a focus on discount effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to inform Pandora’s promotional intensity and Retail Discount positioning across key markets.
  • Expand and strengthen promotional analytics capabilities, including data quality, tools, and test-and-learn approaches, to drive measurable discount optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Advanced Analytics teams to build robust infrastructure supporting accurate retail discount tracking and strategic insights.
  • Effectively communicate insights, results, and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, with clear linkage to Retail Discount performance.

Some business travel may be expected: maximum of 25 days/year.

In order to succeed

You thrive in dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environments, and are able to prioritize and set direction to cut through complexity. You’re a humble team player who enjoys engaging and supporting colleagues, but you also like taking ownership over your tasks. You have a proactive and self-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills. You feel comfortable facilitating meetings and decision making for multiple senior stakeholders on your own.

Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Around 4-7 years of experience from a strong similar unit (e.g. RGM or Pricing), or a Finance, Pricing, or Management Consulting role.
  • Strong interest in Revenue Management, with proven track record from similar role(s).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong modelling skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/analysis tools to enable analytics for large data sets, e.g. transactional level.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to drive complex projects.
  • Passion for retail/consumer goods with an excellent strategic mindset and commercial instinct.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships to stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
