As our RGM Manager, Insights & Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Pandora’s RGM capabilities. Leading a team of analysts, you’ll deliver data-driven insights, drive system transformations, and enhance decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are powered by advanced analytics and actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead systematic transformations, including implementing new RGM systems and tools in collaboration with D&A partners, local teams, and external vendors.
- Deliver insightful analytics to shape strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive key RGM projects from concept to completion with ownership and cross-functional alignment.
- Prepare and deliver impactful reports and presentations for senior leaders, ensuring clear and actionable insights.
- Foster a high-performing team environment, motivating and developing analysts to excel.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in RGM, pricing, finance, or management consulting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- A strong strategic mindset, commercial instincts, and a passion for retail or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, humble, and driven team player who can prioritize effectively and cut through complexity.
- A curiosity to explore and leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimize commercial planning, pricing, and promotions, driving smarter, data-driven strategies for growth.
