RGM Analyst, Insights & Development

As an RGM Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Pandora’s RGM initiatives. Working closely with the RGM team and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools, global collaborations, and exciting challenges that will accelerate your professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Support systematic transformations, including implementing new RGM systems and tools in collaboration with cross-functional partners, incl. D&A partners, local teams and external vendors.
- Analyse pricing, promotions, and other commercial and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the development and maintenance of RGM tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to align on RGM & pricing strategies and deliver impactful results.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Contribute to key RGM projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, RGM, pricing, finance, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong commercial instinct and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
- A curiosity to explore and leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimize commercial planning, pricing, and promotions, driving smarter, data-driven strategies for growth.
