The Measurement and Reporting Team is looking for a Project Specialist with paid media background, preferably from media agency, to help drive different global reporting workstreams.

 

The Measurement and Reporting Team is a part of the wider Global Paid Media Team and has an integral role of showcasing paid media’s contribution to the business through insightful reporting and econometric modelling tools. For this, we need our new project specialist that can help us drive all the exciting new projects forward.

 

The job in a nutshell

Your overall objective is to ensure our global reporting is insightful and provides strong value to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility will be project managing paid media reporting and dashboarding projects and workstreams. You will play a central role throughout a project lifecycle, including definition of scope, creation of roadmaps and managing timelines and stakeholders in the process. You will work closely together with the team’s Reporting Specialist and help drive bi-weekly sprints to ensure a lean process and prioritization of reporting and dashboard development tasks. Another key part of your role is to help drive the reporting workstream with our Global Media agency partner and ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met.

 

Areas of responsibility

  • Paid media reporting – help structure and drive global paid media reporting projects and workstreams. Reporting cuts across markets and media platforms.
  • Project management: Develop and maintain project scopes, plans and timelines. Including both internal and external projects and workstreams with partners such as our Global agency partners
  • Drive reporting related bi-weekly sprints, experience with Asana is an advantage
  • Governing our global Naming convention
  • Stakeholder management across both external and internal partners
  • Consistently meeting project deadlines and quality controlling outputs

 

What is needed to succeed

  • Great understanding of paid media and relevant reporting metrics is mandatory
  • Strong experience in project management, preferably including Agile
  • Experience with digital media buying tools such as DV360, SA360, Meta Business Manager etc
  • Used to work with big sets of data and know how to extract key insights
  • Technical understanding of PowerBI and cloud data platforms (GCP, BigQuery) is an advantage.
  • 2-3+ years working experience within paid media, preferably in a media agency

Additional information:

This job is based in the PANDORA Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Candidates should be willing to travel up to 15 days a year.
