Join Our Global Team as an Internet Project Manager

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Internet Project Manager to become a key player in our global operations team. As the Internet Service Manager, you will oversee and elevate our global internet infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across all retail locations. Your expertise will be essential in managing service level agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our systems are always optimized for success. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and manage SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for high-quality internet service delivery
  • Advise on partner selection, ensuring value and performance with procurement teams
  • Collaborate with local teams to address regional needs
  • Work with technology and network teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure services
  • Support retail system upgrades and new location integrations
  • Oversee global internet services for optimal performance across locations
  • Monitor and resolve internet performance issues, minimizing downtime
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely support and maintain efficiency metrics
  • Provide training, support, and documentation on internet services
  • Conduct proactive network analysis and produce issue reports

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise internet services on a global scale
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and enterprise internet service providers
  • Deep understanding of routing protocols, WAN Communications, and Cisco routers/switches
  • Experience with firewalls, WAN deployments, Palo Alto Global Protect and Cisco Wifi enterprise global deployments
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience in operating under a global follow-the-sun model
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English. French, Spanish or German as a second language is a plus

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of working with Telco carriers
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices 
  • Experience in the retail industry, operations command center, or network operations center
  • Basic monitoring and automation scripting skills 
  • Use of network monitoring tools
