Play an active role in building an important strategic area at Pandora
The Services and Adjacent Products (S&AP) team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Units which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. It is a new and agile team with an ambitious agenda that plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy. The team is responsible for operating and optimizing multiple existing revenue streams, while continuously developing, testing and scaling new ones. 

 

As project Manager of Services and Adjacent Products, you will play an instrumental role in building, alongside the S&AP Director, a stronger and wider portfolio of Services and Adjacent Products that will drive incremental revenue for Pandora, while helping to deliver against Pandora´s vision of becoming the largest and most desirable accessible jewellery brand. 

 

The role is highly strategical as well as entrepreneurial: you will be responsible for scoping, piloting and scaling new and exciting business opportunities for Pandora within both Services and Adjacent Products, bringing additional value to our consumers. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Owns and manage the S&AP pipeline, prioritization and release plan for new initiatives, being a key contributor in establishing and setting up new governance and decision-making forum for prioritization.
  • Craft strong and compelling consumer value propositions, commercial offering(s) and go-to-market / customer journeys, building best in class products and customer experiences that will drive brand desirability, in close collaboration with the clusters.
  • Scope, set up and manage MVP pilots and in-market testing of new services. This typically means working closely together with external suppliers, key functions and markets and being very hands-on throughout the testing period.
  • Provide recommendations and facilitate decision-making for way forward based on qualitative and quantitative data and in-market test results, incl. in-depth analysis of performance and business case opportunity sizing. 
  • Run competitors, market and consumer trends analysis to identify new opportunities for S&AP expansion and leverage real consumer insights to address pain-points and inspire consumer-first solutions.
  • Present regular progress reports to senior stakeholders vs. selected KPIs as well as key findings and recommendations with impact. 

 

A strong talent with a solid analytical foundation coupled with a consumer centric mindset

We are looking for a strong talent with an excellent academic track record, a solid analytical foundation and a genuine passion for consumers who thrives in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment. More specifically, you come with:

  • Ideally 5-6+ years of experience in management consulting or alternatively in commercial (marketing/retail) / strategic in-house functions. 
  • Significant innovation & project management experience, including a proven track record of developing strategies, piloting new projects and un-charted business opportunities in a ‘start-up like’ context.
  • Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills incl. confidence working with data analysis and commercial insights.
  • Demonstrate passion for understanding consumers and experience in turning consumer insights into business growth opportunities.
  • Good knowledge of full marketing mix and passion for crafting best-in-class services/experiences and product offerings.

 

Skills required: 

  • Driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to bring a strong personal impact and focused on initiating and driving new projects with a continuous learning mindset.
  • A self-starter who acts proactively and is comfortable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and less structured environment.
  • High level of flexibility to be able to multi-task over a range of different activities and projects at the same time.
  • Inclusive and empathetic, a team player with a strong collaborative spirit, willing to listen to different povs and work effectively with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Passionate and curious about consumer behaviour with a balance of strong analytical skills and a consumer centric mindset.
  • Confident communicator, with an ability to persuade and influence at all levels.
