We have started a greenfield implementation with the newest technologies with SAP RISE and BTP. We are doing this in strong partnership with our executives, business owners and global process leads. During the coming years you can expect a thrilling journey to mature, implement and roll out templates on our 3 main global processes: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash.
Your role as a Director, Business Transformation SAP S/4HANA:
As our Program Director, you will oversee all program management aspects of our business transformation – assuring high quality delivery, business outcome realization on time and within budget. You will build and support a team of senior project leaders and help them deliver results through coaching and inspiring leadership that builds trust, engagement and belonging.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leads all planning, execution and delivery of Transformation program as well as related projects.
- Drives program governance and key forums like executive steercos and Business Owner Group sessions
- Collaborate closely with peer Program Directors and Leads to ensure consistent governance across all Program workstreams.
- Ensures alignment of all streams to achieve long term desired outcome of transformation program
- Develops and drives strong relationship with vendors to govern commercials and achieve value from existing and future contracts
- Drives stakeholder engagement and serves as main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders
- Manages resource allocation across multiple streams ensuring the right skills and capacity are available for successful program delivery
- Collaborates with strategic PMO and Internal audit to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and legal requirements
What is needed to succeed:
- 10 or more years of experience setting up and leading large scale transformation programs
- Proven track record and expertise in large scale SAP S/4HANA program implementation and roll outs
- Experience with working with vendors and global teams in a multiple location and time zone set up
- Highly skilled at leading and managing change in a global organization
- Passion for continuous learning, mentoring, growing and empowering teams
- Able to work with large cross-functional teams
- Retail and Omni-channel experience would be a plus
- Experience with change management concepts and frameworks incl. communication strategies is a plus
