Job Description

You will play a crucial role as across the business increasing the awareness of data literacy, and ensuring high standards across the business. You will have focus and responsibility for shaping our data stewardship network.

 

 

Your key accountabilities will be to:

 

  • You will contribute and facilitate the overall roadmap and strategy for establishing data owner and data stewardship through a modern approach to data governance
  •  As a part of PANDORA data program, you will be responsible for continually evolving data literacy initiatives, data owner roles and data stewardship roles and implementing these to come alive.
  • You will help set up company-wide governance council to facilitate executive decisions making around trusted data.
  •  You will help coordinating cross-functional data governance efforts across IT and business organization.

 

What is needed to succeed

  • You have documented experience (+3 years) with Data & Information Management
  • You are familiar with developing and implementing Data Governance operational model including ownership, data lineage, business glossary and other relevant disciplines.
  • You have background in relevant part of retail, e-commerce, manufacturing and you have bachelor’s or master degree in business or IT.
  • Your leadership and communication skills will be put in test.
  • You are being comfortable in dealing with challenges in high-speed, global environment is very important.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

 

 

Your new team

You will be working closely with your new colleagues in a diverse team of five highly skilled Data Governance experts, closely collaborate with Data Analysts and Architects. We are very friendly people, supporting each other, welcoming innovative ideas and passionate about Master Data.

This position will report to Data Governance Manager and is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
