About the Role

We are currently looking for an Interim Product Manager for our Data & Analytics organization and support our Consumer Analytics and our Marketing Data Model domains. As a Product Manager, you will create value from your products by acting as the voice of the customer and incorporating essential feedback into the development of the product. You will own the product backlog and feature prioritization process.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Strategy: Formulating and articulating a product strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Roadmap Planning: Developing and managing a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key features and releases. Regularly assessing and adjusting the roadmap based on market dynamics and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and alignment. Conducting workshops and meetings to gather insights from data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Implementing and enforcing robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Defining and communicating data standards, policies, and procedures for consistent data management.
  • Performance Metrics: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and user engagement. Collaborating with analytics teams to establish and refine meaningful metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Operating as a Member of the Product Line LT: Bringing in the product strategy to the wider product line strategy, embed the operating model within their product team and role model the desired behaviors
  • Interface: Aligning with VP on strategic direction and roadmap. Leading the Product Team (DA, Data Visualization Specialist and Data Engineers), including aligning them on the product vision, strategy and a business value mindset. Co-creating D&A initiatives and plans with business stakeholders.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Experience: Work experience on data and analytics products.
  • Strategic Thinking: Formulating and executing product strategies aligned with goals.
  • Strong Communication: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Implementing strong data governance for quality and compliance.

  • Roadmap Planning: Creating and managing dynamic product roadmaps.

  • Analytical Skills: Using data for KPI definition and informed decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitating collaboration and gathering insights.

  • Leading across Organizational Boundaries: Ability to build a shared vision with the wider team outside of direct reports.
