Product Management is a key component of realizing these ambitions. In this newly created role, you will help to shape the direction and supply chain product domain as part of the functional leadership team to ensure Pandora is putting technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.

 

Within Omni Operations, you will work to deliver the new Digital strategy and the Omni Operations 2026 strategy and the ambition of creating a flexible fulfilment and delivery setup across our value chain globally. You will work together within the Product Line and collaborate with stakeholders from technology, distribution centres and global Operations to realize our shared strategic ambitions. You will focus on product management in order to help shape and implement a new ecosystem for fulfilment (WMS) and delivery (TMS) capabilities globally, better enabling us to deliver on our end-consumer needs.

 

Your role as a Product Manager:

 

As a product manager you will act as the connector between functional needs and technology and ensure we are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers and the business. You will holistically support the product management process, the community of product managers as well as business analysts and SMEs to ensure we are always clear on the “what” and “why” within the Omni Operations product line, representing the voice of the customer.  

 

You will support the product line lead and team product managers in acting as the voice of our customers and translate their needs into product vision, objectives, roadmap, and corresponding team backlog. 

 

Supporting across the product line in aligning the prioritization and dependencies of the backlog will be of utter importance to optimize and realize beneficial improvements for the business. As we are working in a newly established setup, you should also expect assignments outside the normal boundaries of product management (e.g. architecture, delivery, etc.) to help ensure the success and continued maturity journey of the Omni Operations product line. Key accountabilities include: 
 

  • Support the Product line product mgmt. lead and the product managers in creating product visions, roadmaps, epics, etc. for the Omni Operations area. Drive explorative work in relation to customer and business problems and opportunities
  • Help functional consultants, business analysts and business SMEs in analysis and functional deep dives, such as orchestrating solution assessments across end-user and product teams.  
  • Support the product line lead in establishing and maturing the disciplines and ways of working in relation to product management (product maps, data driven product management, epic refinement, etc.) 
  • Help foster strong collaboration across teams to drive shared product refinement work and improved realization of benefits during execution, incl. emphasis on end-user adoption and clear stakeholder mgmt. communication
  • Support product line leadership and the overall product line with ad-hoc assignments and initiatives, ranging from practical tasks of preparing quarterly planning event to complex strategic deep dive assignments aiding the lead solution architect.   

 

What is needed to succeed: 

 

  • Experience within supply chain/operations domain, ideally within retail and large multi-national corporations
  • Extensive experience as a product manager, and a passion for evangelizing product management and be a promoter of best practices within the team and company
  • Naturally proactive and independent problem-solver with history of driving product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions
  • You enjoy working with many stakeholders and showcase the ability to translate your product plans for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams to manage, support and solve problems
  • Being comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and highly volatile environment.
