Product Manager, Global Delivery

We are looking for a Product manager, Global Delivery, to join the Global Fulfilment & Delivery Transformation team in Global Operations Pandora is on an ambitious path to build a reliable and convenient omni fulfilment ecosystem to deliver product availability, speed, personalisation and seamless support whenever and wherever our customers need us. In this role, you will help to shape, roll-out and continuously improve the next generation transportation management system across our distribution centres around the globe. In Pandora, we have embarked on a journey to transform the fulfilment ecosystem, enabled by a cutting-edge transportation management system/product, Centiro. As a Product manager you will join the Global Fulfilment & Delivery Transformation team in Global Operations that consists of six masterful, fun and caring colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
· Own the vision and the road map for the transportation management product Define, monitor and analyze objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success of the product
· Align and communicate the roadmap and priorities across multiple stakeholders
· Closely collaborate with colleagues in the distribution centres to clearly identify and map true and latent needs, opportunities and pain points through interviews, user journey mapping
· Cultivate a culture of deep understanding of customer needs and secure needs are actively and regularly managed
· Lead the agile product team, ensuring the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs
· Enable the quality assurance and testing strategy by communicating quality standards and adherence to product acceptance criteria
· Collaborate closely with our partner, Centiro
· Collaborate and manage dependencies with other product teams and/or initiatives within the Omni Operations product line and beyond
· Challenge current ways of working and help design and uphold future global processes and capabilities
· Support product line leadership in providing inputs for business case development for strategic initiatives
· Foster best practices across the product management discipline to enable the development of high performing teams within Omni Operations product line
What is needed to Succeed
· 6+ years of experience working with Product Management, preferably within the Supply Chain area
· Experience with working with tech roadmaps and system design - Excellent understanding of software life cycle stages
· Strong servant leader with experience in driving cross-functional product teams
· Natural change agent with experience in digital transformation and working in rapidly changing environments
· Experience with working within Agile framework SCRUM
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
· Language Skills: English
