Then you might be our new Product Manager for Digital Development! 


Job description and areas of responsibility:   

For your product(s), within the domain of “post-purchase and omni experiences” you will holistically manage the product management process from strategy creation, product planning and build, to launch and optimization – coordinating with stakeholders, UX and technology throughout that lifecycle.

The “Post-purchase and omni experience” product group, and product teams therein, cover everything that enable customers to get an integrated and personalized experience after they made the decision to buy from us such as delivery, returns, communication and customer service. We also cover the digitalization of our stores, our store associates, innovative omni-channel services such as product personalization and critical back-end systems. Our scope is global covering all Pandoras major markets.

You will act as the voice of the ‘customer’, translate needs into a product roadmap and backlog, constantly prioritize and manage the team’s capacity to maximize customer and business value.

You will work with other Product Managers to collaborate on cross-product team dependencies. Develop strong working relationships with relevant business owners for Pandora Business context and with Technology for retail-specific technology expertise. 


Furthermore, you will: 

• Identify and apply insight from customer research, data analytics, market and competitor analysis, as well as trends across industry and technology

• Create complex business cases that include market analysis, costs, business/user benefits, OPEX & CAPEX calculations, sensitivity analysis & NPS output

• Manage a backlog of stakeholder requirements, customer problems, new features, optimising existing features, technical debt, quick wins vs strategic projects.

• Contribute to each quarterly prioritisation process and create a hi-level product roadmap, presenting it to wider teams and stakeholders on a regular basis

• Demonstrate a good level of understanding of the full technology stack and understand how your product interacts with all areas of the business.

• Develop clear and compelling value propositions, working with stakeholders to align and agree

• Identify a variety of possible features / solutions to  address the problem and best reinforce the value proposition

• Demonstrate a good understanding of all UX design and research methods.

• Set clear objectives and key results for new features, working in conjunction with analytics if required

• Effectively deliver agile product responsibilities in all heartbeat sessions

• Work with the scrum master to build a high performing product team with clear product vision, purpose and measurable results, adapt the teams working practices to suit the product lifecycle optimising value delivery

• Lead the development of user stories, the development backlog and sprint plan

• Manage the UAT for your features and prioritise the issues ahead of feature release

• Own the business readiness for your features liaising with all parties involved to clearly communicate what will be released and when

In the role as Product Manager it is critical to work with other Product Managers to collaborate on cross-product team dependencies. Likewise, you will develop strong working relationships with relevant business owners for Pandora Business context and with Technology for retail-specific technology expertise. 


As part of the 'Post-purchase and omni experiences' Tribe, you will be working closely with the Product Director for the Tribe as a representative of your Squad. 


What is needed to succeed:  

To succeed as Product Manager, we envision you have minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps through to product launch and optimisation.  


Further, we imagine you have experience with: 

  • Working with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities, define user stories and acceptance criterias
  • Working with UX researchers, service designers and UX designers to uncover user problems and opportunities
  • Being part of the full product lifecycle from discovery, development, launch and improvements
  • Working with engineering teams and quickly understanding the technology landscape of the product area you were working in  
  • Prioritising decisions based on the value of a feature and the estimated risk, time and technical complexity to deliver it into production use  
  • Agile Scrum methodology and practices as well as tools as Jira

Furthermore, you are delivery focused, you always show excellent attention to details and you are proactive in planning to achieve targets and objectives which deliver profitable outcomes. You can demonstrate pragmatic judgement and balance risk and business value to reach decisions.  


This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel maximum 20 days a year.
