Product Manager, CDP and Data

We are currently looking for a Product Manager CDP and Data to join Pandora on our exciting growth journey. In this role, you will be the link between business and technology, essentially being the technology enabler of the customer experience and analytics team.


Your role:

Your strong knowledge of data architecture will allow you to translate business needs into tech capabilities and follow implementation end to end. Besides that, you will leverage the capabilities of the customer data platform and will be essential in activating data across all touchpoints to deliver a seamless customer journey. Furthermore, you will:

  • Support the CX team from a tech point of view in projects related to data such as data append, capture, enrichment, flow etc.
  • Represent the CX team during Q planning in order to prioritize projects across the organization and communicate business value
  • Be the product owner of the Customer Data platform
  • Work with the Digital & Technology team and product owners to create necessary integrations for data flows
  • Actively support and drive development of the strategy and technology roadmap


Key requirements and personal competencies:

To succeed in this role, we believe you exhibit stellar motivation and attitude while having the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. Your proactive and entrepreneurial spirit allows you to take initiatives and work both independently and with a team. You are good at managing your time and you can communicate and present your work in a clear and concise way. Besides that, you are a strong problem-solver who is organized and detail-oriented. Furthermore, we believe you meet the following key requirements:


  • Relevant master’s degree, preferably in business or engineering
  • Minimum 7 years’ of consulting experience in CRM/ Data Platform Integration/Product Management
  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture (CDP, MDM, data lake)
  • Project management skills (agile certification a plus)
  • previous product management experience
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience working across different data platforms
  • Good understanding of GDPR
  • Proficiency in working with major dashboarding platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with collaboration across teams & markets
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and clean rooms is a plus
  • B2C experience is an advantage
