Product Director, Retail & Wholesale Technology
We’re seeking a strategic Product Director to lead Pandora’s global Retail & Wholesale Technology portfolio. You’ll own our store technology ecosystem including POS, store collaboration tools, omnichannel capabilities, and wholesale partner solutions—driving resilient day-to-day operations and modern, scalable user experiences.
You’ll guide a global cross-functional team and work closely with Retail Excellence, Partner Channels, and markets to shape a clear Now / Next / Later roadmap. Strong understanding of retail systems, ERP and order management integrations, and the dynamics of SaaS and composable commerce is essential. This role requires a structured, process-oriented leader who can align technology decisions with enterprise architecture while steering both SaaS and custom-built solutions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global product strategy and roadmap for POS, wholesale, and store collaboration tools.
- Lead product governance, prioritisation, and alignment with commercial and technology stakeholders.
- Drive structured, high‑quality delivery across discovery, development, and go‑to‑market.
- Lead unified commerce and omnichannel store capabilities, ensuring alignment with ERP and order management.
- Oversee wholesale/B2B technology governance, onboarding, and BAU transitions.
- Ensure platform stability, continuous improvements, and reduction of technical debt.
- Identify and apply AI and automation opportunities across delivery and operations.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and act as a strategic partner to Retail Excellence and Partner Channels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global product team; manage budgets and capacity.
- Own security, privacy, and risk management for retail technology platforms.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in retail technology, omnichannel, or commerce product roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Direct experience leading global retail technology product lines, including POS and store systems.
- Proven ability to manage both packaged SaaS platforms and custom-built or integrated retail solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise retail architecture and upstream dependencies (ERP, order management, master data).
- Demonstrated capability in structured product delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and go‑to‑market.
- Experience managing vendors and System Integrators, with a track record of driving accountability.
- Experience leading distributed, global product teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong product management discipline, including OKRs, roadmapping, prioritisation, and stakeholder governance.

This Product Director, Band 3B position, will lead a team of approximately 50 people across multiple geographies, with 4 direct reports.
