At Pandora, pricing and revenue management play a critical role in driving our success. As a Pricing Analyst in the Global Revenue Management team, within our broader Global Merchandising team, you’ll be at the heart of transforming our pricing strategies. You’ll lead impactful projects, support key decision-making processes, and collaborate with an international team of ambitious, high-performing colleagues.
This role is an incredible opportunity to optimize Pandora’s pricing strategies and enhance our world-class pricing and revenue management capabilities. You’ll directly influence both our top and bottom lines while gaining exposure to senior leaders and making a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
• Shape pricing strategies through advanced analysis, modeling, and data visualization.
• Conduct pricing simulations to support decision-making and monitor KPIs crucial to Pandora’s pricing initiatives.
• Track price development trends and performance metrics to enhance profitability.
• Analyze the margin impact of new and existing products, ensuring a healthy product portfolio.
• Lead pricing trials and experiments, providing insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with global and local merchandising teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics.
• Present findings with creativity, clarity, and a focus on actionable insights.
• Drive initiatives focused on price optimization, margin expansion, and ad-hoc pricing analysis.
Success Metrics:
• Actively manage and optimize local list prices to support Pandora’s strategic and financial goals.
• Share timely product margin outlooks with key stakeholders.
• Deliver relevant, actionable insights through regular reporting.
• Strengthen Pandora’s price testing, learning, and tracking approaches.
• Continuously improve pricing insights, processes, and decision frameworks.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in pricing, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong modeling skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results.
- Passionate about pricing and revenue management and eager to collaborate with others.
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to engage and support colleagues, including remote teams.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/analysis tools.
