Planning Solution and Training Manager
Pandora, is embarking on an ambitious planning transformation journey through the HERO program, implementing cutting-edge technology with our solution provider o9.
This role will be at the heart of this transformation, with a strong focus on building an academy structure to onboard and train planners in both the platform and Pandora’s planning processes.
As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead a structured training academy within Global Supply Chain (GSC), ensuring that planners, both new hires and experienced professionals, gain the necessary skills to excel in the ecosystem, Pandora’s planning framework, and the evolving reporting solutions.
This includes classic Power BI as well as upcoming AI-driven reporting options. You will own the training strategy, ensuring high-quality learning experiences that drive strong adoption and effective utilization of o9, ultimately maximizing business value through deeper solution understanding.
You will play a key role in:
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs with a focus on both operational planning processes and the reporting solutions within the platform.
- Creating scalable learning solutions (e.g., e-learning modules, hands-on workshops, certifications)
- Driving onboarding programs to accelerate new planner integration into the organization and ensure rapid upskilling in o9, especially in reporting and advanced analytics.
- Ensuring continuous upskilling of the global planning community
- Developing expertise in reporting solutions—focusing on both traditional reporting tools like Power BI and the emerging AI-based reporting functionalities within the o9 ecosystem.
- Building and promoting a deep understanding of the o9 platform
Additionally, you will act as the voice of our internal users, translating their needs into training programs, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. While a solid understanding of planning concepts is necessary, a deep technical expertise in o9 and SME capabilities in the platform will be critical in ensuring the success of this transformation. Furthermore, a strong competency in Learning & Development.
What is needed to Succeed
- A deep tehnical expertise in o9 platform Desired, but not essential
- Experience with working within Agile framework
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Extensive knowledge about planning processes, supply chain management, supply chain development
- High Expertise in planning solutions/systems
- Strong expertise in building and executing training programmes
