Drive Pandora’s Merchandise Financial Planning
As a Planner, Merchandise Controlling & OTB, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and aligning top-down merchandise financial plans from clusters globally.
You’ll play a key role in creating forecasts and budgets, monitoring sell in & allocations, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal sales and inventory results.
Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global top-down collection forecasts.

Analyze and align Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans from clusters, highlighting key changes and areas of focus.

Monitor allocations, sell-in performance, and trade trends to recommend actionable improvements.

Support cross-functional alignment with Finance, Supply Planning, and Merchandising teams.

Prepare and present analyses for cluster meetings and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Finance, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.

Retail, fashion, or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
-
Exposure to global organizations is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:

Advanced financial and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Experience managing and interpreting large datasets.

A collaborative mindset, fostering trust and teamwork across functions.
