Commercial Finance has a crucial role in providing relevant stakeholders with the vital insights into the business of our clusters, ensuring that the right decisions are taken at the right time. As a Performance Finance Specialist you will be helping the team by supporting in the business partnering activities and ensuring high standards of our deliverables.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and other ad hoc analysis related, aiming at understanding the actual results
  • Support the planning team, in the creation of tools and processes to support both the target setting and the controlling of each plan scenario
  • Ensuring high standards of reporting and insights from clusters
  • Supporting reporting transformation projects
  • Manage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management
  • Business partnering towards clusters, functions and senior management

 


Commercial and pragmatic mindset

Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in a similar role
  • A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Strong financial skills
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI skills are considered a plus
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally 
  • Good adaption skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills (Excellent English skills required)
  • Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)
  • Experience with data models, CUBEs (is a plus)
  • Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)
  • Project management skills (is a plus)

 


Your new team
Global Commercial Finance works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO to drive and impact global commercial performance. As a team we strive to become the preferred advisor to management with a seat at every table and a say in every decision. You will report to Performance Finance Manager together with one other colleague, as part of a diverse team of 10 in Performance Finance.
