Performance & Reward Specialist

We are currently looking to hire a new Performance & Reward Specialist to join our Global Office Performance and Rewards team in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will report to the P&R Manager for Global Office and be part of a team of 7 people, including you.

You will play an integral part in supporting the extended Global Office HR team, delivering a “best in class” service to the business and overseeing and administering employee rewards and smart benefits to increase performance, organizational trust and overall satisfaction.

 

 

The key accountabilities are to:
•    Support all annual remuneration review processes and policies including, but not limited to, annual and ad-hoc salary reviews, benefits, incentive schemes, salary survey benchmarking processes and recognition.
•    Provide high quality data analysis to fully support development and implementation of the performance and reward strategy, policies and processes.
•    Manage high volumes of people data accurately and swiftly.
•    Participate in, and use, salary surveys to ensure that the team has access to up to date market data.
•    Play a key role in the annual reward review, supporting reward colleagues and working closely with the Global Rewards team and local payroll.
•    Support the evaluation of external reward trends to ensure that Pandora policies reflect best practice.

 

 

Required skills and qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
•    3-5 years’ experience within compensation, benefits and reward strategies for larger white collar populations.
•    SuccessFactors & Mercer methodology experience, preferably including IPE.
•    Advanced user of MS Excel. Some experience using Power BI and other Office 365 advanced applications is preferred.
•    Experience working for a Global FMCG company would be preferred
•    Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions.
•    Strong Communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) , able to adapt to its audience.
•    Passionate and project management skills, flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a structured approach.
