Performance & Reward Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Performance & Rewards (P&R) team, with a focus on Global Employee Benefits management (GBM). This role is critical in driving the successful delivery of global benefits initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global Total Rewards strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, an understanding of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies, and the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Global P&R Projects
- Drive the planning, tracking and delivery of global benefits and rewards projects such as competitiveness (including benchmarking and employee listening) ensuring alignment with our total rewards philosophy and delivered on time and within scope of contractual agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including regional P&R leads, finance, legal, procurement, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and global alignment across all phases of project execution.
Drive Process Optimization and compliance
- Leverage internal people data and external market data and analytics to make formed decisions, while accommodating local market needs. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.
Strong Project Management skills
- Experience with project management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to track deadlines, dependencies, and project milestones. Proficiency in MS Excel is preferable.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders, including team members, senior managers, and vendors.
- Strong listening skills to understand project requirements and expectations.
Understanding of HR technology and processes
- Basic understanding of compensation and employee benefits management.
- Familiarity with HR/rewards technologies.
- Knowledge of different HR functions would be a strong advantage.
