We are currently looking to hire a new Global Office Performance & Reward Partner to join our Global Office team in Copenhagen, reporting to the VP, Performance & Reward.  

  

The primary purpose of the Global Office P&R Partner is to partner with Global Office HRDs and HRBPs to ensure appropriate use of Global Performance & Reward strategy, plans, and guidance by Global Office HRDs, leaders, and employees. This is achieved by engaging with all P&R subfunctions (Compensation, Benefits, Performance & Mobility), coordinate the adoption of existing P&R products or implement the change, and ensure effective communication and deployment.  

  

Furthermore, key responsibilities include:  

  • Engage with HRBPs on all Total Reward changes, new policies, and governance 

  • Plan deployment and support implementation of P&R products and services 

  • Work across Total Reward spectrum to support HRBPs & business leaders in key decisions 

  • Ensure governance for pay equity (particularly at band 3 for the time being) and support leveling decisions  

  • Provide a feedback loop to P&R team on Global Office adoption of P&R and engagement 

  • Partner with GO HRDs to anticipate business problems and support solution design – work with the team to assess size, scale, and priority. 

  • Support the documentation of P&R processes to support the” transition” to HR Operations: this ensures that established P&R Products can be deployed successfully – as required – through HRDs and HR Operations.  

  • Act as SME during deployment of major P&R events or products, including yearend cycle and roll out of major change. Support HRBP team in deployment.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward strategies, ideally for large white-collar populations 

  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors and Mercer methodology (including IPE preferred) 

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, with preferred experience in Power BI and other Office 365 tools 

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions 

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences 

  • Passion for project management, with flexibility and structured task prioritization 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
