Performance & Optimisation Manager

Then you might be the new Performance & Optimization Manager in our Digital Experience team in Global Marketing.
Job description and areas of responsibility:
As a Performance and Optimization Manager you will be part of the Digital Experience team, consisting of Project Managers, Campaign and Content Specialists. The team is working towards strengthening the online experience, content and performance on Pandora.net globally. You will be leading the Performance & Optimisation team with two direct reports consisting of a Performance & Optimisation Specialist and a Student Assistant.
You will become a Global Marketing super user of some of the best in class E-commerce tools such as: Adobe, Monetate, Contentsquare, Medallia and PowerBI. You will be optimizing Pandora’s Global sites’ performance while presenting valuable feedback to relevant stakeholders. Besides working closely with the team, the position will also be working in close collaboration with our Commercial department as well as working cross-functionally with other super users across the business.
In addition, you will:
- Conduct analysis of data and draw learnings on key themes agreed with the team with the intent to gain actionable insights
- Presenting data in a visual and engaging way to senior stakeholders and peers
- Support the team in providing campaign & content analysis, user journey insights and KPI tracking to ensure we are all working towards a continuous improvement mindset
- Support the team on A/B testing initiatives and support role out of our personalization roadmap
- Execute and QA personalization tests and A/B tests using Monetate
- Receive and review requests in Jira
- Collect analytical feedback from tests and share with the team and Stakeholders
- Work on tracking enhancement together with the tracking team to increase data quality and accuracy

Furthermore, we envision that you can demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience from a similar position working within data & analytics, marketing performance management or similar
- A degree within Data & Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Customer Insights or similar
- Good at presenting complex information in a simplified way that can be understood by all audiences
- Comfortable and experienced in working with data and KPIs
- Performance oriented, structured & detail driven
- Proactive in your work approach
- Great at multitasking and flexible in terms of assignments
- Specific experience with Adobe, Monetate, Contentsquare, PowerBI, Medallia, Google stack. SQL, Python and Coremedia is a plus
- Well-developed Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English - both writing and verbally is a must
- Experience with retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus
- Ideally has experience from a global organization
