Then you might be the new Performance & Optimisation Manager in our Digital Experience team in Global Marketing.


Job description and areas of responsibility:

As a Performance and Optimisation Manager you will leading the Performance & Optimisations team, a small sub-team of 2 direct reports within the Digital Experience department. A combination of great people leadership skills and analytical know-how is a must-have for this role, in order to develop talent and gain actionable insights on behalf of the business. You will be part of the Digital Experience team, consisting of Project Managers, Campaign and Content Specialists, who’s goal is to make Pandora digital leaders, and improve our website experience.


The team is working towards strengthening the online experience, content and performance on globally.

You will become a Global Marketing super user of some of the best in class E-commerce tools such as: Adobe, Contentsquare, Monetate and PowerBI. You will be optimising Pandora’s Global sites’ performance while presenting valuable feedback to relevant stakeholders. Besides working closely with the Digital Experience team, the position will also be working in close collaboration with our Commercial department as well as working cross-fucntionally with other super users across the business.


In addition, you will:

  • Acting as a team lead, setting team targets and weekly workflows while being an active member of the Digital Experience leadership team
  • Conduct analysis of data and draw learnings on key themes agreed with the team with the intent to gain actionable insights
  • Presenting data in a visual and engaging way to senior stakeholders and peers
  • Support the team in providing campaign & content analysis on the website, user journey insights and KPI tracking to ensure we are all working towards a continuous improvement mindset
  • Support the team on A/B testing initiatives and be part of the Global Testing Council
  • Work on tracking enhancement together with the tracking team to increase data quality and accurancy
  • Lead the analytics area within Digital Experience, coming up with new ideas on how to track and analyse our content globally, while bringing new innovative ideas to the table

Furthermore, we envision that you can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience from a similar position working within data & analytics, marketing performance management or similar
  • A degree within Data & Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Customer Insights or similar
  • Have a dedicated e-com focus and website experience
  • Good at presenting complex information in a simpliefied way that can be understood by all audiences
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with data and KPIs
  • Ideally team lead experience and familiar with setting team goals, giving regular feedback and aligning teams on tasks and priorities
  • Performance oriented, structured & detail driven
  • Proactive in your work approach
  • Great at multitasking and flexible in terms of assignments
  • Specific experience with Adobe, Monetate, Contentsquare, PowerBI, and Google stack. Medallia, SQL, Python and Coremedia is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Well-developed Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English - both writing and verbally is a must
  • Experience with retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Ideally has experience from a global organization
