Pandora Paid Media Specialist - Digital Project Manager

Centre of Excellence

Are you passionate about paid media and wanting to be part of creating exciting omnichannel customer experiences in one of the largest global jewellery companies?  If so this is the role you’re looking for.  

 

You will report to the Personalisation Director in the newly established Centre of Excellence working with the Personalisation Lead and alongside Email and Web specialist counterparts to create omnichannel user cases that will eventually grow into the global teams.

 

You will work in the Personalisation CoE and gain best practice from the Paid Media and Marketing team.  The Centre of Excellence aims to develop an omnichannel best in class experience including paid, email, online and in store.

 

The Role

As a paid media specialist you will have the end-to-end responsibility for the paid media personalization process and building the flows in conjunction with the user roadmap for personalization. This will include that you:

  • Test, scale & maintain personalised experiences on paid media channels for known customers, in collaboration with web and email teams (incl. project management, day to day planning)

  • Continuously improve the relevance and customer-centricity of paid media activities on all levels of the marketing funnel (incl. project management, day to day planning)

  • Manage End-to-end planning, development and supporting execution of global personalization in paid

  • Drive a best practice experimentation approach

  • Oversee KPI definition and measurement of personalisation activities on paid media

  • Align personalisation strategies with global and local marketing teams

  • Responsible for campaign development and content production across paid media platforms

  • Collaborate closely with local and global paid media teams, web team, email team, customer audience team, Dynamic Content Factory for content and other channels required for an omichannel approach

  • Build strong working relationships with Markets and their agencies

 

Personal competencies

The use case creation requires great collaboration skills as it involves alignment with a wider cross-functional group. It also requires a fair amount of technical ability to understand and navigate the marketing tools used for digital media activation.

  • Solid understanding of paid digital media eco-systems including  programmatic display and video buying platforms

  • Deep understanding of analytics and insights to ensure outcomes are measured successfully and test outcome confidence levels are obtained

  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced, multiple project environment

  • Team player able to gain trust and respect from peers being considered  subject-matter expert and go-to person on audiences and segmentation

  • Deep interest for understanding customer behaviour and associated data points turning these into targetable audience groups

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience  in Marketing or Commercial digital projects from an advertising agency, media agency, media vendor or an internal in-house agency/marketing department, or equivalent

  • Experience with marketing content production and delivery within different tasks and timescales

  • Experience working with a global company across local and global stakeholders preferred but not essential

  • Hands-on experience in digital media platforms like Meta, Smartly, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360 is preferred.

  • Ability to work cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment. This will include teams within Digital and tech, Global marketing and local marketing as well as creative production teams.

  • Superb planning and project management skills

  • English fluency and experience from an international environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point

Soft Skills are a must for this job, you’ll need to be at ease working with the team in the Centre of Excellence and take responsibility for your work

You enjoy working cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Such as Digital and tech, Global marketing and local marketing

Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies.  It comes naturally to you to  identify roadblocks and assist in clearing them.
