Paid Social Specialist

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  30. September 2024

We are looking for a dedicated Paid Social Specialist to help orchestrate our Paid Social efforts across markets. Do you like to drive best practice on a global scale and to work in a collaborative environment? And do you have a strong interest in digital media and consider yourself somewhat tech-savvy? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Role Overview
As a Paid Social Specialist, you will help orchestrate a test-and-learn agenda across our markets. This is based on a strong understanding of methodology, data and platform mechanisms. You will be working with our teams in both Global and Markets, as well as partners for tech, data, media and execution. Your focus will be on improving our performance in Paid Social by ensuring that the learnings we have acquired through our testing roadmap are being implemented in our daily Paid Social strategy as best practice. Your success will be measured by your ability to empower colleagues with valuable insights, successfully drive project-based initiatives and help facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

We aim at driving consumer growth by utilising data in digital platforms, looking at the whole consumer journey in an omnichannel view, using best in class tools to understand the contribution of marketing holistically. We value that you understand how Paid Social plays its part in a wider strategy. To be successful in this role you will need to have deep platform knowledge, and be ready to work on orchestration and, with support, run projects with a fair degree of technical nature.

Key responsibilities

  • Performance Enhancement: Contribute to achieving efficiency targets by providing actionable recommendations and guidelines for optimizing paid social activities in various markets.
  • Systematic Testing: Support the development of a systematic testing approach within social channels to measure incremental sales generated by different channels and tactics.
  • Strategy Alignment: Ensure that Paid Social projects get prioritized based on how they align with Pandora's wider marketing mix and contribution towards the overall business goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of global social media trends, technological advancements, and innovations. Apply your knowledge to improve customer prospecting and enhance consumer experiences.
  • Creative Best Practice Implementation: Maintain adherence to creative best practices across all campaigns and continuously update the creative playbook based on the latest industry trends.
  • Optimisation:  Ensure that optimisations are being implemented for paid social across markets, by working with global/local agency and digital Pandora market leads

Your new team
You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. The Media team is part of Global Marketing and although we are very busy, we also appreciate and maintain an informal and humorous tone. The Pandora way of doing paid social activation is being acknowledged as being best in class with both awards, cases, and whitepapers to prove it – your job will be to make sure we keep it that way.

Love working with numbers and have ambitions on behalf of Pandora
You might be the person we are looking for if you love to work with numbers and transforming data into actions. Being a true team player, you are able to partner with internal and external teams and be flexible to variable team dynamics and cultures. You have a high attention to detail and the ability to work in an organised way as well as being process and solution oriented. You have in-depth platform experience and can confidently make recommendations on tracking possibilities, measurement methodology and other platform specifics.

To succeed as Paid Social Specialist, we imagine that you have at least a Bachelor degree within a relevant field. Adding to that, you also have experience from working in an international environment and you speak and write English fluently.

Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of (preferably) agency/consultant experience with exposure to global clients
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with data driven marketing and digital media
  • Minimum 3 years experience in paid social having ran campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Proven success in driving complex projects in larger organizations, requiring stakeholder management across seniority and specialties
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong experience presenting to groups with different backgrounds (marketing function and internationally diverse market teams)
  • Success in previous job where stakeholder management was required
