If so, we are looking for a leader like you to join our team as the Global Paid Social lead at Pandora

Your main areas of responsibilities

  • Continue to innovate and develop our social media strategies to stay best in class and get the most ‘bang for the buck’ from our global investments. 
  • Lead with excellence our global paid social team and your supporting partner teams. 
  • Foster collaboration with key global functions as well as our markets
  • Work with cross functional teams to continually put our social media activation into a wider context. 
  • Lead our global partnerships with key social media platforms including Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest and others


Improving our performance in paid social across our markets
As a manager for Paid Social, you will lead our test-and-learn agenda across our markets. This is based on a strong understanding of methodology, data and platform mechanisms. You will be working with our teams in both Global and Markets, as well as partners for tech, data, media and execution. 


We aim at driving consumer growth by utilising data in digital platforms, looking at the whole consumer journey in an omnichannel view, using best in class tools to understand the contribution of marketing holistically. We value that you understand how Paid Social plays its part in a wider strategy. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with people management, a good baseline understanding of media-buying across platforms combined with platform knowledge.

You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. The Media team is part of Global Marketing and you will meet a team that is ambitious, but also appreciate and maintain an informal and humorous tone. 

You will specifically be responsible for 2 paid social specialists, along with our scope of work with out global agency partner. 


Who are you
You have worked with media before and understand concepts like marketing mix modelling, reach curves and campaign planning and execution to an reasonable extent. Simultaneously, you have a fascination specifically for social media and the unique opportunities in helping brands connect with consumers. You also understand how global companies generally operate, either from first hand experience or an consultancy/agency engagement. But most importantly, you love being part of a well-functioning team where team members make each other better and value the mix of expertise everyone brings to the table. Finally, your formal and in-formal leadership skills are an inherent and established part of your overall competency and contribution to any organization.  


Exactly what your merits show is less important, but you probably;

  • Have worked minimum 5 years at an agency or an in-house media department
  • Worked with data driven marketing and digital media
  • Have worked with paid social media platforms
  • Have specific knowledge around social media platforms 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
