PR & Influencer Specialist 

Pandora is looking for an experienced PR & Influencer Specialist to support in leading the global PR & influencer strategy activation as well as  lead campaign and monthly reports.

In this role, you will support the Global PR & Influencer Director, in close collaboration with the rest of our global PR & Influencer Team, in managing the planning of PR & influencer activation of global campaign strategies in our local markets. You will have direct responsibilities for market communication and developing PR and influencer activations as well as be a key player in leading the campaign reporting overall – fully aligned with overall global marketing planning.



  • Create briefs and guidelines to present the PR & Influencer strategy and activation plans for upcoming campaigns to clusters, markets and other internal marketing teams

  • Own the process to ensure all markets are aligned and on-board with the PR & Influencer activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported

  • Set the KPIs and objectives for upcoming PR & Influencer activations together with local markets to ensure we can evaluate the value of our PR & influencer investment and ROI

  • Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports

  • Coordinate campaign recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets

  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including social, website, retail, brand communication, email and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activities are aligned

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the media & Influencer landscape and how our target audience groups are reacting and interacting within

  • This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Traveling might be required.


About you

  • You will be outgoing with a great energy, an analytical mindset and experience with PR & Influencer marketing

  • You might be the person we are looking for if you can work independently, but also be a strong team player able to work across different stakeholders.

  • You have a great overview of projects and tasks – and you are structured in your work approach.

  • you have exceptional analytical skills, and you are motivated by performing analysis from multiple sources and perspectives and by driving impact with your strong ability to conduct and communicate reports.

  • You are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required.


  • Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field (Bachelor as a minimum)

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of influencer marketing and communication, incl. minimum 1-2 years of working directly with influencers, and minimum 2 years of global/international influencer marketing experience

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and listening skills and strategic thinking

  • Experience in marketing campaign development and execution at an international level

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle platforms/tools used by multiple functions

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Experience in using Influencer tracking tools to monitor and report on Influencer performance

  • Understanding and passion for the influencer, fashion/lifestyle or jewellery industry

  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
