We are currently recruiting for a Global Information Security Manager based in Copenhagen, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland. As our Global Information Security Manager, you’ll be responsible for our PCI-DSS compliance globally and ensuring that we have resilient and compliant payment channels. Working within the Information Security Resilience Team, you will work closely with other teams in cyber security, Digital and Technology, as well as different parts of the business to ensure that we maintain and improve compliance to the PCI-DSS Standard and a high standard of technical resilience. 

 

As part of this, you will: 

 

  • Create lasting relationships and act as global point of contact to all internal and external stakeholders 

  • Lead the PCI-DSS agenda and report annual compliance cycle across all continents and partners 

  • Collaborate with stores, technology teams and leadership to ensure appropriate and implementation and documentation of all requirements 

  • Ensure compliance requirements are aligned to the wider cyber security program and ensure actions are coordinated across both demand areas 

  • Monitor changes to compliance requirements as well as Pandora’s environment and ensure that we are always one step ahead of any changes 

  • Provide security advice to e-commerce and point-of-sale projects 

  • Maintain compliance overview, and lead the PCI compliance program and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders 

 

What are we looking for? 


We are looking for a strong candidate who can lead this area and work with lots of different teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, a people focused approach and a good understanding of cyber security in e-commerce. 

To succeed in this role you may have some of the following: 

  • A relevant degree in IT, information security or a background in audit, compliance and controls 

  • An understanding of card payment systems, e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale systems 

  • Previous experience with the PCI-DSS Standard, as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), a consultant working on PCI-DSS projects or experience from the financial/regulatory sector 

  • Broad understanding of tools and processes that make up a good security posture 

  • Strong ability to influence and communicate to all levels  

  • A proactive,  pragmatic and optimistic outlook
