We are currently looking for PA & HR Office Coordinator to join our Global HR team in Copenhagen.

This person will report directly into the Executive Assistant to the CHRO and play a key role in supporting the CHRO Office, while also providing PA support to our SVP of Global HR Business Partnering. The role is split between supporting the CHRO Office and serving as PA to the SVP, giving you a unique position at the centre of our global HR organisation.

 

A central role supporting the CHRO Office and the SVP

In this role, you will help keep the HR function aligned, energised, and running efficiently. You will partner closely with the SVP to manage calendars, travel, and meetings, while also supporting the Executive Assistant across daily operations You need to be agile and flexible, while staying focused and rigours in supporting the function. Your ability to think ahead, stay structured, and maintain an overview in a high-performing environment will be key.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

PA Support to SVP (~ 50%)

• Complex calendar and diary management

• Scheduling, planning and preparing meeting materials and agendas

• End-to-end travel planning, itineraries, bookings and logistics

• Expense handling

• Assisting with presentations and documents

• Keeping agenda and cadence for the global business partner team meetings and event

• Acting as a trusted partner and point of contact for stakeholders

 

CHRO Office & EA Support (~ 50%)

• Supporting the Executive Assistant with coordination and execution of CHRO Office activities

• Planning and organising internal meetings, workshops, off-sites and team moments

• Preparing materials and presentations for CHRO Office initiatives

• Coordinating travel and logistics when needed

• Managing expenses, Acubiz/Basware, purchase orders and general admin

• Supporting onboarding experiences for new joiners in HR

• Ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment

• Driving small well-being initiatives and everyday touches that enhance the atmosphere

• Ad hoc support across the HR function

 

What we’re looking for

Strong experience from a PA, coordinator, or executive support role and enjoy being the person who creates structure and enables leaders to succeed.

 

You bring:

• Solid experience with executive/PA support

• Excellent calendar management skills

• A resilient mindset and ability to manage busy periods calmly

• Strong coordination skills with high attention to detail

• Experience planning travel, events, and off-sites

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• A service-first attitude with a warm and positive personality

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
