What we offer you:  

As a SEO Lead, you will take ownership of our Global effort on SEO, overseeing that strategy and best practices are executed in the best way possible by our global search partner and local markets. You will have close collaboration with our local and global teams across the Pandora organization and be responsible for high-impact decisions.

 

Together with our global agency partner, you will focus on improving our performance in organic search across our markets creating transparency and nursing the ability to optimize activities in real time. You will also be establishing ways of working and facilitating best practice sharing between markets.

 

Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager for Paid and Organic search and in collaboration with the rest of the global paid media team and the overall marketing team, the Organic Search Lead will ensure that the organic search approach is aligned with Pandora’s strategy and overall planning in order to secure consistency globally and across markets. The key areas of responsibility will be:

 

  • Develop and implement our global organic search strategy together with global stakeholders and global agency partner.
  • Be the main point of contact for our global search agency partner.
  • Design, monitor and support on experiment designs to enable our test-learn-scale approach across markets.
  • Develop a SEO Powerhouse to continuously deliver maximum impact to Pandora, in close collaboration with other organic and paid marketing channels.
  • Rollout and maintain best practises across all markets in close collaboration with global agency partner.
  • Manage and govern the usage of search data across use cases.

 

What is needed to succeed:  

We are looking for a proactive team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and inspire internal and external stakeholders around the strategic importance of search as a marketing discipline. You have a marketing background and experience from global environments within the fashion, beauty, retail or design industries. Experience from HQ-based roles is an advantage. Furthermore, we hope you have and can demonstrate the following:

 

  • +3 years of experience working with SEO in either an in-house function or from an agency
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
  • Experience working with a global client across local and global stakeholders
  • Experience in interpreting eCom performance requirements
  • Solid understanding of measurement methodologies including digital attribution
  • Super user of PowerPoint, Keynote and other presentation formats
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English, other languages are a bonus
  • Natural proactiveness and curiosity to advertising, marketing, and media tech platforms
