Multibrand Excellence Manager, Global Partner Channels
The Global Partner Channels team is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen as part of Global Commercial Operations. The team is responsible for providing global leadership and driving an ambitious agenda across our partner businesses, which include distributors, franchisees, and multibrand partners.
Multibrand plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy, and your contributions will help generate additional profitable revenue for the company while supporting Pandora’s vision of becoming the largest and most desirable brand in the accessible jewellery market. Our current business includes department stores, independent jewellers, and jewellery chains, comprising international brands such as Dillard’s, Christ, and El Corte Inglés.
As a Multibrand Excellence Manager at Pandora, you will lead efforts to optimise and expand our Multibrand business while working closely with other Global Office functions, such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance, as well as our global markets. Your primary focus will include collaborating with local teams to help partners drive growth within their businesses, ensuring the development of ambitious network plans to expand our footprint, and leading high-priority initiatives to ensure excellence across our Multibrand operations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Global functions and markets to identify, structure, and share best practices seeking to help markets in achieving excellence in their Multibrand business.

Develop and maintain a how-to-win playbook across various functional areas such as retail training, VM, merchandising etc. aimed at driving excellence across our Multibrand operations.

Support in identifying opportunities for improving Pandora as a partner including effective and engaging account management, guidelines for visits and a clear view on how to incentivize strong partner performance.

Help facilitate strong stakeholder collaboration between headquarters, markets, and partners, e.g., through facilitating regular check-ins, conducting market visits, and organizing events and meetings for key partners.

Deliver reporting and analysis of commercial performance against targets, including delivering insights on specific commercial topics related to Multibrand.

Support the Director with input for strategic recommendations and assist in creating presentations to communicate findings and plans to senior leadership across the business.
- Experienced profile with solid retail understanding and strong commercial mindset.
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven profile with solid retail understanding, strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of driving commercial growth within B2C. More specifically, you come with:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in frontline commercial, wholesale or retail roles, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.

Strong know-how of working with retail with familiarity of areas such as merchandising, retail execution and retail marketing and a track record of implementing best practices that drive commercial excellence.

Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills with a focus on delivering outcomes in close collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Good business acumen with ability to understand commercial results and contribute to providing actionable insights based on financial KPIs

Good analytical and communication toolbox including high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
