We are currently looking for our new DBU & Marketing Finance Business Partner to join our Global Marketing Finance team in Global Office in Copenhagen. We are also open to accept applicants to be based in our US office in New York.

 

The Marketing Finance Team supports Pandora’s Marketing department on optimizing Marketing spend and translating commercial initiatives from the Global Business Units into a tangible financial impact by creating transparency on the P&L impact. We strive to combine industry knowledge and commercial acumen with our financial expertise which is our value proposition to the business.

 

The Diamonds Business Unit is one of the main growth pillars for Pandora in the coming years, in this position you will have the chance to put your mark Pandoras future in this area. You will work closely with the SVP Diamonds Business Unit (DBU) and the team on driving the financial aspects & performance management in this area. Further, you will collaborate with the Global Merchandising team and the local cluster Finance Directors around the world on translating commercial & product initiatives into P&L impact.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Partnering with the DBU department in Global Marketing on commercial and business-related priorities
  • Work on Long Range Plan forecasts for growth initiatives on a company level
  • Develop and maintain financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product and marketing activities
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility of new product launches and business expansion opportunities. Conduct scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support investment decision-making processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Assortment Planning, Pricing, Local Cluster Finance Teams) to align strategies and optimize business performance.
  • Present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in finance projects such as business case development and pricing strategy optimization.

 


Required skills and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Experience working within Commercial Finance
  • Solid understanding of P&L management
  • Experience in supporting senior level stakeholders 
  • Strong financial modelling skills 
  • Experience from retail or fashion industry considered a plus
  • Experience from a global organization
