The Personalisation team is looking for a Marketing Analyst who will support our vision of improving the customer experience through relevancy and personalisation across digital channels as well as retail.

 

As part of Global Marketing, the Personalisation team is set out to be a task force to identify how the right use of data in combination with tech and creative will deliver the optimal experience for all our potential and current customers. 


The candidate will work in a newly established team of 8 and report to the Personalisation Manager, Pod 1 lead, who oversees the acquisition part of the customer journey. Aside from 2 Pod leads, the team has 3 digital Channel Specialists (Paid, Web, CRM incl. SMS) and is headed up by a Director.
 

The team collaborates closely with go-to-market teams, Digital & Tech hub as well as a creative production team.

 

The main tasks:

  • Identify use cases for testing targeted at potential or new customers.
  • Work in our CDP to gather audience data to seek audience patterns and collaborate with the Measurement & Experimentation team to assess use case potential.
  • Assess use case specific and cross-channel value potential in collaboration with channel specialists through data from different sources including mixed marketing modelling, Adobe and paid platforms.
  • Monitor and deliver preliminary reports from A/B tests during test live periods to keep track of performance to ensure timely planning of potential scaling.
  • Deliver final test report firmly aligned with Channel Specialist, Global Channel Leads, Pod Lead and present methodology for approval to stakeholders for value tracking.
  • Lead the monthly value tracking delivery and performance review with Pod 2 Marketing Analyst.
  • Drive the above-mentioned into an automated process and dashboard in collaboration with Digital & Tech colleagues by acting as subject matter expert.

 

Professional competencies

  • Analytical mindset with ability to distil complex information into specific and actionable insights.
  • Knowledge on reporting best practices and capability to engage as marketing reporting Subject Matter Expert to different types of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced, multiple project environment with multiple stakeholders across each project.
  • Solid English communication and stakeholder skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with head office units from Marketing and Digital & Technology as well as local market representatives.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and analytics with desire to understand customer behaviour and latest trends.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data-driven marketing and/or analytics from relevant industries and/or agencies.
  • Proficiency in relevant analytics tools and/or Paid platforms and CDP too is considered a plus.
  • Ability to define and translate business opportunities to tech deliverables.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must for this job, and you’ll need to be at ease working in a newly established team where ways of working and processes are being identified while deliver is happening simultaneously.

You enjoy working cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment, and where change is experienced daily.

You have a natural ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies identify roadblocks and assist in clearing them.
