Marketing Analyst

Are you a Marketing Data Analyst who relishes the opportunity of being part of a new omnichannel marketing team within a one of the largest global jewellery retail companies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is testing omnichannel journeys within marketing touching email, paid, web and stores.


We are looking for a Marketing Analyst, with previous experience, to work alongside a strong marketing team who can help to capture, analyse and interpret data in order to ensure that the wider marketing strategy and campaign activity is data driven.


You will work for the Personalisation Lead in the newly established Centre of Excellence which aims to develop an ominichannel best in class experience including paid, email, online and in store.


The Role

Main purpose of the role is to;

  • Gather insights and report on performance related to testing of personalization use cases
  • Ensure right information basis is available to stakeholders to continuously prioritize use cases for scaling 
  • Track and monitor personalization OKRs and use cases providing consistent and accurate reports on overall performance including realized sales uplift and costs
  • Set up measurement and reporting framework for testing of personalization use cases together with relevant stakeholders in Marketing and D&T
  • Work with Data & Analytics team in Digital & Technology to set up relevant measurement and reporting tools (e.g. dashboards) ensuring they are readily available to stakeholders
  • Collect, interpret, and analyse customer data along entire E2E personalization process for use case testing
  • Feedback actionable insights on use case tests to clusters, enabling them to prioritize use cases for scaling
  • Support Personalization Lead and Delivery Manager in reporting on OKRs and budget to senior leadership in marketing and Global Finance

  • Analytical and quantitative mindset with ability to distil complex information into easy-to-understand measurement and reporting
  • Ability to work in agile and fast paced, multiple project environment
  • Team player able to gain trust and respect from peers being considered a subject-matter expert and go-to person on measurement and reporting
  • Solid communication and stakeholder skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HO units from Marketing and Digital & Technology as well as cluster representatives
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and analytics with desire to understand customer behaviour and latest trends



  • 3+ years experience working with data-driven marketing and/or analytics from relevant industries and/or agencies
  • Strong knowledge of measurement and reporting techniques in marketing along E2E personalization process and ability to generate dashboards, measure A/B tests and explore opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in relevant analytics tools and coding languages considered a plus including PowerBI, Tableau, and Python
  • Batchelors Economics Business Administration/ Marketing / Analytics. Masters a plus

Soft Skills are a must for this job, you’ll need to be at ease working with the team in the Centre of Excellence and taking responsibility for your work

You enjoy working cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies identify roadblocks and assist in clearing them.
