Manager, People Projects Commercial
Are you passionate about driving impactful change in a global retail environment? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration? Pandora is looking for a dynamic Project Manager, People Projects Commercial to join our People team and help bring our global retail people strategy to life.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of a high-impact team focused on transforming the employee experience across our retail organisation. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Business Partnering, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance talent development, build capabilities, and elevate workforce engagement across clusters and markets.
This is more than a project management role—it’s an opportunity to influence how Pandora supports and empowers its retail teams worldwide. If you're a structured thinker, a natural collaborator, and passionate about people and performance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager in our People team, you’ll play a central role in turning strategy into action. From leading cross-functional initiatives to driving change across our global retail organisation, your work will directly impact how we support and empower our people. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Initiative Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of strategic people programs in retail (e.g., onboarding improvements, attrition reduction, pilot programs), ensuring they are aligned with business goals and HR priorities.
- Strategy Activation: Translate the commercial people agenda into structured project plans, timelines, and accountability models that guide successful execution across the organisation.
- Change Leadership: Serve as an implementation lead and thought partner to the SVP and Retail People Partners on major change efforts that impact the retail workforce.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cluster leaders, HR business partners, and functional teams to ensure cross-regional alignment and overcome execution challenges.
- Data-Driven Planning: Partner with People Analytics and regional HR teams to interpret workforce data and insights, informing planning and course correction where needed.
- Measurement & Adaptation: Track initiative outcomes, measure impact, and iterate based on results and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Event Design & Facilitation: Design and lead engaging people events—including workshops, leadership summits, and conferences—that promote innovation and capability building in the retail community.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead post-initiative reviews to document learnings, build best practices, and strengthen organisational knowledge.
- SVP Project Support: Provide ad hoc project support to the SVP, including coordination, keeping an overview of all initiatives and deliverables for the SVP, presentation development, and internal communications.

- 5+ years of experience in project management, HR program delivery, or change management, ideally within a global and/or retail-focused organisation.
