Join Pandora and take the lead in shaping the backbone of our global jewelry supply chain.

At Pandora, we don’t just create jewellery—we craft experiences that inspire millions of customers worldwide. You’ll manage a team of specialists and collaborate with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Crafting & Supply, Finance, Distribution Centers and Global Operations. Your ability to turn complexity into clarity will influence decisions that shape Pandora’s future growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and want to make a tangible impact, this is your opportunity.

Lead NPI planning and campaign readiness: Ensure flawless execution of new product introductions and global launches.

Govern raw material and metal mix planning: Deliver high-quality inputs for S&OP, Treasury, and Production.

Lead Diamond analysis and planning: Ensure attention and planning on our high value diamond segment to keep right balance for the business between revenue and inventory

Lead and develop a team of specialists: Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Champion process and system excellence: Enhance planning governance and digital capabilities.

Represent Tactical Planning in strategic initiatives: Influence major transformation programs within Global Supply Chain and capable of leading own projects.

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities – translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management as well as project management.
