City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  N/A

Do you want to be part of shaping Pandora’s strategic agenda, accelerating our Digital Transformation... If so, this could be the job you’ve been waiting for?

We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager for a 6 month interim period. This person will be a driving force behind shaping Digital & Technology’s strategic agenda and ensure our ambitions translate into tangible outcomes. You will work across Pandora’s Digital & Technology organisation and partner closely with key business functions to frame complex problems, shape strategic direction, and orchestrate execution of high-impact initiatives.

In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our most important strategic efforts. You will translate strategic ambition into actionable roadmaps, create alignment across diverse stakeholders, and enable confident, data-driven decision-making that accelerates Pandora’s transformation.

We are looking for a sharp, analytical strategist with a strong background in strategy development—ideally from management consulting—combined with practical experience driving strategic initiatives. The core of the role is strategic framing, problem-solving, and enabling execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Set Strategic Focus

  • Shape strategic direction and set clear strategic priorities across D&T and business partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and value-creation goal (e.g. shaping AI strategy).
  • Bring clarity to priorities across domains, ensuring cross-functional alignment and focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Enable data-driven decisions through structured insights, strategic frameworks, and value-focused analysis.

Connect Strategy to Execution

  • Translate D&T’s strategic ambition into clear priorities, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Structure, shape and lead strategic initiatives across Digital & Technology, partnering with business functions to drive enterprise-wide impact.
  • Lead strategic problem framing, analytical assessments, and business case development to turn strategy into action.

Lead Strategic & Transformative Initiatives

  • Provide focused governance, leadership support, and coordination for D&T-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Drive execution by clarifying objectives, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring momentum across teams and functions.

Empower Executive Leadership

  • Deliver high-quality executive support and insights, decision material, and strategic recommendations for D&T leadership and the CDTO (Chief Digital & Technology Officer).
  • Translate complex strategic and technical topics into simple, compelling narratives tailored for senior stakeholders.

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner across Digital & Technology and key business functions to ensure coherent planning, aligned execution, and transparent communication.
  • Contribute to governance forums, strengthen alignment in leadership conversations, and provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What We Envision You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic execution, transformation, or business planning.
  • Management consulting experience (top-tier or similar) strongly preferred, with proven ability to structure complex problems and drive clarity.
  • Exceptional strategic framing skills, with the ability to break down & tackle ambiguous, cross-functional challenges – grounded in strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, including very strong slide-writing, narrative development, and executive presentation
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and drive alignment in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • High comfort operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, direction, and momentum where it is not yet defined – with the ability to lead workstreams independently.
  • A proactive mindset and an ability to get things done – while also being a team player and contributing to the social aspects of work, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Your Team

You will join Pandora’s Strategy & Transformation, Portfolio & Business Partnering team within Digital & Technology — a central function driving strategic direction, portfolio governance, transformation delivery, and value realisation across the organisation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CDTO, senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Digital & Technology and key business functions to ensure clear communication, strong strategic alignment, and effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Our team operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and plays a critical role in enabling Pandora to deliver on its Phoenix strategy through structured processes, strategic insight, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement.
