Manager, Reporting & Analytics

Ensure key data and insights are available in the highest accuracy   

As our new Manager of Reporting & Analytics (R&A), you will be responsible for the reporting and analytics for the Global Indirect Procurement (GIP) department. The GIP department is a globally integrated business partner within Pandora, hence in this role you will be working with, and be exposed towards, all of Pandora’s functions and clusters.  

In this role you will be working very closely with the Global Indirect Procurement team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve Pandora’s overall GIP Performance. To succeed in this role you need to be a strong business partner and be able to quickly understand your stakeholders’ needs to turn data from different sources across the business into insights and user friendly reports that will help them to make insightful decisions during key negotiations. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and staying up to date on the latest trends in analytics. Your main objective will be to empower the Procurement team by setting up reports and dashboards, enabling them to analyze and get insight into their respective categories. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and provide technical direction that will help GIP to take their Data Journey to next level. 


As part of this, your key responsibilities will be to:  

  • Facilitate the design and implementation of new KPI’s and Dashboards for GIP  

  • Take lead in the collection and analysis of data, securing and improving availability and accuracy of data, speed of delivery and effectiveness through changes, implementations and building of new processes, routines and more 

  • Together with the Procurement team, develop the standard for business review with key stakeholders  

  • Regular monthly, quarterly and annual presentations, reports & analysis, plus any ad hoc presentations, reports & analysis required 

  • Strategic partnerships with key owners of data in the Pandora business 


Your new team 
You will report to the Director of R&A department, where you together with the rest of the R&A team will seek for synergies between your different business areas. More so, and for most of your daily work, you will be working in close collaboration with your key stakeholders and category owners in the Global Indirect Procurement team.

Adding to that, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business reporting and analytics 

  • Ideally a keen interest and understanding of procurement and experience with procurement related data such as spend, payment terms, contracts etc. 

  • The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with data modelling, Power Query in Power BI, Data Analysis and should bring KPI and Metrics Mindset. 

  • Background in delivering business improvement insights through data 

  • Strong analytical skill set with clear business focus 

  • Effective communication skills with ability to engage and follow-up with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally 

  • Experience from a data driven company (Tech, FMCG or Retail business) with a Global or Regional Structure 

  • Experience from working in Qlikview, Power BI or similar
