Deliver value as part of our Global Revenue Growth Management team 

Revenue Growth Management is a key area for Pandora and an important driver of both revenue development and profitability. As Pricing Manager in Global RGM team, you will own and drive critical pricing operations and execution deliverables that enable decision making and ensure successful implementation across markets. 

  

You will play a central role in leading Pandora’s pricing operations, including analytical evaluation, modelling, and cross-market alignment. You will also contribute insights and recommendations that inform pricing strategy development together with the Pricing Lead and support the creation of executive-ready materials for senior stakeholders. 

  

You will be part of an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited and performance-driven people.  

You will report to the RGM & Pricing Lead. 

  

In this role, you will drive and scale Pandora’s test-and-learn agenda, including ownership of key components of our online testing and structured performance measurement. You will also partner closely with local teams to shape and deliver local pricing initiatives, ensuring strong alignment, disciplined execution, and clear follow-up. Through this, you will contribute to strengthening Pandora’s pricing capabilities as a world-class function with direct impact on revenue development and profitability 

 

Your accountabilities will be to:   

  • Be a strategic sparring partner to the Head of RGM and other senior stakeholders, providing clear, insight-backed recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making. 

  • Own and drive Pandora’s online testing agenda together with an analyst, translating results into robust insights and decision-ready recommendations. 

  • Lead end-to-end execution of Pandora’s recurring pricing cycles, including cross-functional coordination, market alignment, implementation tracking, and structured follow-up. 

  • Drive pricing simulations and scenario modelling to support price change proposals, monitor key performance drivers, and measure outcomes post-implementation. 

  • Lead local pricing initiatives (incl. LRRP and ad hoc market projects) in close partnership with local teams, ensuring actions are executable, aligned, and well communicated. 

  • Strengthen visibility of price development and performance, identifying opportunities for action and continuous improvement. 

  • Ensure strong analytical delivery, high-quality outputs, and disciplined execution across key workstreams.

  • Strong contribution to Pandora’s profitability and revenue development through high-quality pricing recommendations and successful execution of price changes. 

  • Successful and timely delivery of recurring pricing cycles, including testing, cross-market alignment and implementation tracking. 

  • High-quality pricing simulations and modelling outputs that enable clear decision making and measurable outcomes. 

  • Strong stakeholder and Market/Cluster collaboration, ensuring pricing actions are aligned, executable, and well-communicated. 

  • Improved visibility and tracking of price development and performance, translating insights into actions and continuous improvement. 

  • Effective leadership and development skills 

  

Effective contributor in commercial pricing execution 

We imagine that you come with strong pricing execution and analytical capabilities and are driven by a desire to have impact and show results. You are structured, proactive, and enjoy connecting the dots between insights and real-world execution. You are comfortable driving complex processes with multiple stakeholders and can communicate clearly and confidently in both written and presentation formats. 

We hope that you will already demonstrate a range of relevant experience and competencies including: 

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience, incl. experience from pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, analytics, or management consulting 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including modelling and scenario-based thinking 

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional processes with clear ownership and execution discipline 

  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations 

  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive deliverables independently and proactively 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to contribute to leadership-ready decks and presentations and translate complex analysis into clear, compelling and decision-oriented messages for senior stakeholders. 

  • Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines in an international environment 

  • Strong continuous improvement mindset, with ability to identify, develop, and implement improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular strong Excel skills; PowerPoint storytelling skills are essential 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and/or analytical tools (e.g., R/Python) is an advantage 

  • Ideally experience from retail, fashion, branded consumer goods, FMCG, or a similar international consumer business.
