Deliver value as part of our Global Revenue Growth Management team
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a strategic growth driver for Pandora, influencing both commercial performance and profitability across our global business. As Manager, RGM Insights, you will own and drive Pandora’s global pricing and promotions insights agenda — translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable confident decision‑making for the organization.
You will be responsible for the full insights lifecycle: collecting and understanding business needs, shaping and prioritizing the insights backlog, steering analytical direction (including dashboard and other visualization tools development together with an analyst), and crafting leadership‑ready narratives that influence pricing and promotions strategy across markets.
You will join an ambitious, collaborative, and international team within Global Merchandising & Supply Chain.
You will report to the Senior Manager, RGM – Insights & Development.
In this role, you will be a central contributor in elevating Pandora’s pricing and promotions effectiveness, ensuring insights are relevant, scalable, and consistently used to drive business outcomes across our global markets.
Your accountabilities will be to:

Act as global owner for pricing and promotions insights, shaping what Pandora measures, learns, and decides

Prioritize and manage the insights backlog based on strategic and commercial needs

Lead analytical direction and dashboard development together with an analyst, including continuous enhancement

Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, impactful “so‑what” insights and decision‑ready recommendations

Prepare executive‑ready materials that support senior leadership decision‑making
-
Partner closely with Pricing, Promotions, and market teams to ensure insights are adopted and deliver real commercial value

Lead governance and operationalization of insights products, including cadence, usage, and long‑term maintenance

Support the development of world‑class RGM capabilities across Pandora

We imagine that you bring strong analytical experience, commercial understanding, and a passion for turning data into meaningful business impact. You are structured, proactive, and enjoy connecting analysis with real‑world decision‑making. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and take pride in crafting insights that are clear, compelling, and commercially relevant.
We hope you bring the following experience and competencies:

5–6+ years of relevant experience, ideally from pricing, revenue growth management, analytics, or management consulting

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including scenario building and modelling oversight

Experience leading complex, cross‑functional analytical processes

Ability to translate complexity into clarity through storytelling and structured communication
-
High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive work independently

Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel + strong PowerPoint)

Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
-
Experience managing or coaching junior team members
-
Experience from global organizations; retail or branded consumer goods is an advantage

Experience with Python, R, or SQL is a plus
