About the Team
As part of the Pandora Digital and Technology organisation in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Manager, Programme Management to help drive delivery excellence across our digital initiatives. You will join our Delivery Excellence department, working closely with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Programme Managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches.
In this role, you will be leading the end-to-end delivery of a strategic program spanning multiple product teams and initiatives—all aligned to shared OKRs and overarching business goals. You will be a key member of the initiative leadership team, working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and value delivery across the programme.

You have solid experience in programme management and have previously worked in roles such as Programme Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders, where your communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills are essential to driving successful outcomes.
In your role as Manager, Programme Management you will:
• Plan and manage delivery of cross-functional technology programs.
• Coordinate work across business, D&T, data, and external vendors.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support governance, status reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Track delivery progress across multiple planning domains.
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technology delivery.
• Support change management, rollout, and adoption activities.
• Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
What is needed to succeed:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a global tech organization.
• Experience in global SAP rollouts and supply chain technology considered a plus!
• Experience working with vendor-led delivery.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in matrixed, multi-team and international environments.
